Shodhini Institute's First Benefit Event!

We are honored to be welcoming Miriam Z. Perez aka Radical Doula to Los Angeles for their Radical Doula Guide Release Party.

California Latinas for Reproductive Justice and the Doulas Association of Southern California have come together to sponsor the event.

SUNDAY January 6th from 4p-7p at the Feminist Majority Foundation located at 433 S. Beverly Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90212

There is parking there and on the street and we think street parking will be free on Sunday, but we're not sure. We'll check and update this post.

We are so excited to have Perez present to share their experience about writing this guide, what inspired them, and what their vision is for the future of social justice within Full-Spectrum doula work.

At the event we will be serving light refreshments and wine. We have DJ's J-Heart and Honeycutss on the one's and two's. A fantastic photo booth, raffle for prizes like massages, energy work, house cleaning service, and crafts.

We will have a childcare so please let us know if you're bringing children so we can make age-appropriate activities available.

We are ecstatic to fill the room with such amazing people from the Los Angeles Area to start of 2013 just right, with the opportunity to make in-person connections, build relationships and increase our strength as a community.
